We successfully won the bid for this large-scale oil valve project, setting a benchmark in the challenging energy engineering field of the Middle East. Our products, with their high-precision control and high reliability, have ensured stable production in oil fields and reduced downtime for maintenance caused by leaks.
In response to the special environment of high salt spray and high humidity in Middle East oil fields, C5-M grade anti-corrosion coating technology, which exceeds conventional standards, is adopted. Coupled with double-sealed wiring technology, it effectively isolates corrosive gases and moisture intrusion, ensuring long-term operation in open-air sulfur-containing environments.

The first batch of over 400 high-end intelligent electric actuators successfully passed the factory acceptance test (FAT) conducted by the Russian delegation, with product stability and intelligence levels far exceeding expectations. This marks a breakthrough for "China's intelligent manufacturing" in the high-end Russian market, successfully replacing some traditional European and American brands.
The product has passed rigorous extreme operating condition verification and obtained EX explosion-proof certification, enabling it to start stably and perform precise control in extremely cold environments at minus 40 degrees Celsius. It addresses industry pain points such as LCD failure, lubricant solidification, and material brittleness at low temperatures.

The successful deployment of nearly a thousand intelligent actuators has ensured the uninterrupted operation of the production line 24/7. It has addressed safety hazards arising from high-altitude operations and strong vibrations, achieved Profinet industrial Ethernet communication interconnection across the entire factory area, and helped the factory become a benchmark project for intelligence with the "largest single scale globally".
Addressing the long-standing challenge of strong vibration (even accompanied by shocks) in the alumina digestion section, a design featuring the separation of the mechanical body and control unit has been adopted. This design keeps the precision control part away from the vibration source, ensuring stability and reliability even under extreme vibration conditions, and facilitating maintenance during high-altitude operations.
