Point Iron USA, Inc. warehouses products in US for US customers.
Pointiron rigorously implements the IATF16949 quality systems and throughout the end-to-end production process. It has a well equipped test system and below capability: Annual Casting Capacity: 35,000 tons (Ductile Iron, Gray Iron), Machining Capacity : 5 Million pieces per year.
Pointiron is certified by ISO14001:2004 and IATF16949:2009.
Pointiron has two casting lines imported from DISA Denmark (DISA MATCH32/32 Horizontal Auto Molding Line, Disa 131B Vertical Auto Molding Line), three paint lines ( wet paint line, powder coat line and E-coat line) and one assembly line.
