Zhongshan Tentop Fine Chemical Co., Ltd (TT Chem) is a professional cosmetic and household dairy products factory founded in 2007. TT Chem focuses on personal care, cosmetics, household formula R&D, and comprehensive OEM / ODM contract service for private label clients.
Our highly innovative R&D team have developed more than 6,000 formulas and have obtained 42 patents, as well as certifications like ISO 9001/14000/ 22716/GMPc/45001 / Halal MUI / SMETA & Disney.
The quality management team is proficient in operating the quality system from raw materials to production processes to finished products, and records the inspection to ensure that the product quality meets the design requirements.
We have multiple dedicated tank farms and associated blending rooms for our filling lines, and we’re capable of multiple concentrate filling and special formulation blending. Each dedicated blending room is equipped with stainless steel mixing tanks on load cells with varying types of agitation capabilities.
There are 4 high speed aerosol fill-in lines and 3 BOV aerosol lines and 2 liquid fill-in line in clean workshops and over 100 million annual production capability. With multiple filling lines, our facility has the ability to handle any unique requirements.
Our optimal propellant systems are capable of handling hydrocarbons, DME, 152a, 1234ze, nitrogen and CO2. In short, TT Chem has all of your aerosols needs covered.
