Materials and Structure
Machine structures are available in carbon steel, stainless steel 304 or aluminum alloy. The gantry is a 3-axis linear robot arm running on KAIWEI or AIRTAC guide rails with an Rsun rack, driven by Xinje servo motors through Senad reducers. The workbench is a square-tube welded frame measuring 2000 × 1000 × 800 mm, with the HMI and controls grouped in a cantilever control box.
The fluid train uses air-pressure raw material tanks (A: 40 L with agitation, B: 40 L without agitation), KAIWEI or Barmag metering pumps and the KW-900 pump-type mixing head. Cleaning is performed with high-pressure water, fed from a water tank with front level sensor and outlet filtration using tap water.
