The AUV-533 is a waterway & offshore wind survey autonomous underwater vehicle, also capable of multi-AUV swarm coordinated survey missions. It adopts a pressure-rated hull rated for 6000 m depth, built with titanium alloy pressure housing, corrosion-resistant syntactic foam buoyancy modules and seawater-resistant electronics. Its physical specifications: dimensions 533 mm × 5 m, total weight 1200 kg with a 150 kg payload capacity. It supports configurable operating depths of 2000 m / 6000 m, operating speed 1–6 knots, standard endurance ≥90 hours at 3 knots, with custom options up to 180 hours / 1000 km. The navigation suite integrates INS+DVL+GNSS+USBL+SLAM for robust deep-sea positioning. Typical applications include 6000m deep-sea bathymetry, oceanographic surveys, subsea resource exploration, abyssal environmental monitoring, deep-sea mineral exploration, physical oceanography surveys, marine engineering surveys and ecological surveys.
