Our bimetallic rubber screw and barrel is engineered for high-filler PVC extrusion applications, such as pipe, profile, and sheet production. It features a wear-resistant bimetallic lining (alloy hardness HRC50-65, depth 0.8-2.0mm) and chrome plating after nitriding (≥900HV), ideal for processing CaCO3 filled PVC compounds.
