Materials and Structure
Housing shell is made of 6063-T5 aluminum alloy profile or hot-dip galvanized steel sheet. Conductive conductors are T2 pure copper busbar with tin-plated contact surfaces (silver plating optional for high current models). Insulating components include polyester film, mica insulation board, flame-retardant epoxy spacer, and high temperature resistant materials. Fitting seals use epoxy board joint insulation partition and high temperature silicone rubber gasket. Fasteners are 304 stainless steel bolts with spring & flat washers, and beryllium copper spring strips for joint conduction.
