The CTB modulating motorized butterfly valve is designed for precise flow regulation in demanding applications. Available in sizes from DN50 to DN300, with options for AC220V or DC24V actuators. The CTB series supports both on/off and modulating control, suitable for various automation levels. Custom voltage and control modes are available on request.
The valve body is made of cast iron or SS304, offering excellent corrosion resistance. The triple eccentric disc structure includes an offset shaft, offset seal, and offset rotation to minimize friction and maintain tight sealing. The body is coated with anti-corrosion epoxy powder for enhanced durability.
Ideal for municipal pipelines, sewage/drainage systems, industrial circulating water, large-bore HVAC, fire protection systems, pharmaceutical industry, and smart water management. The modulating version is particularly suited for flow regulation in water supply and treatment processes.

A large European municipal water group used 10,000 units of CTB valves for on/off control and flow regulation in water supply and drainage networks.
