Materials and Structure

The physical structure of the module is defined by its 32 × 29 × 2.4 mm outline and approximately 5.10 g weight, keeping the cellular radio compact enough to sit inside CPE, ODU and industrial terminal housings. A single module carries 5G SA, LTE and WCDMA radios, so integrators do not need separate cellular assemblies for multi-network designs.

Fixed Wireless Access. In FWA projects the module is integrated into 5G CPE and ODU products. Subscribers access the network over 5G wireless broadband, which addresses the difficulty and high construction cost of laying fiber. This use case is described for markets including the Philippines, Indonesia, South Africa, Vietnam, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Oman and Kuwait.

Intelligent Industry. For Intelligent Industry equipment, the multi-band SA/LTE/WCDMA design supplies a wideband cellular link for devices that previously depended on wired connections.

Customization
