The high-charge cationic polymer can quickly capture ultra-fine fiber fragments and inorganic sludge particles to form a compact encapsulated protective layer on the sludge surface. It thoroughly solves the problem of flying dust during sludge loading, unloading and long-distance transportation, improving the on-site working environment. Form cross-linked bonding structure inside the sludge cake after conditioning, significantly boost the mechanical strength of the mud cake. The mud cake maintains a complete shape after filter press dehydration without fragmentation, leakage and mud loss, which is convenient for centralized stacking and subsequent comprehensive utilization. Effectively squeeze and wrap free water in sludge gaps, obviously raise the dryness of dehydrated mud cake. Less moisture content greatly reduces the fuel consumption for sludge drying and incineration, and cuts the weight and freight of sludge outward transportation. The encapsulated sludge has stable molding performance, which can directly meet the production requirements of sludge brick making, biomass incineration, landfill covering and resource recycling, expand the recycling channel of paper mill solid waste. It can be used synergistically with polyaluminum chloride, ferric salt and other inorganic dehydrating agents, optimize the flocculation system, reduce the total dosage of single inorganic chemicals, and avoid excessive inorganic salt residue affecting sludge resource utilization. Liquid emulsion finished product can be continuously added to the sludge pipeline through a metering pump. Compared with solid powdery sludge conditioner, it avoids fish-eye agglomeration caused by manual dissolution, uniform dosing and stable on-site conditioning effect. The dense wrapping film locks the internal moisture of the sludge, stops secondary water seepage from the mud pile during outdoor stacking and rainy transportation, prevents sewage backflow pollution of the factory area. Optimize sludge floc state to reduce fine mud adhesion and blockage on filter cloth, plate frame and delivery pipeline, reduce the frequency of filter cloth cleaning and equipment maintenance shutdown, and improve the continuous operation rate of dehydration system.
